my eir was redesigned to better suit customer needs. Based on extensive customer research, the online portal was redesigned to be a self-service portal. The redesign of my eir helped to create a personalised, easy to use digital self-service experience, giving users the billing, usage and account information they want, as well as being able to pay bills online.
